Lead Fitz-Oesterlen to the Nilfgaardian camp.
1 of 3: Leave Philippa's cell area, then turn left and go back down the big ramp.
2 of 3: Turn left past it and go over to the open doorway, where two Nilfgaardian guards are posted.
3 of 3: Go through the doorway and follow the guards along until you get a cut-scene and the next objective.
