Explore the tower's upper floors.
1 of 4: Carefully sneak back the way you came using the exact same route in reverse, then go back up the second set of stairs.
2 of 4: You can now open the door and go through it.
3 of 4: After you do, watch for a left-click prompt to appear on the screen. Click quickly to avoid being killed by Loredo's charge.
4 of 4: You'll then have to fight Loredo in standard combat. He has a powerful weapon, but it takes him a while to swing it, so use signs like Yrden and Aard along with rapid strikes (and blocking) against him.
