Hung Over
1 of 8: After making some progress on the kayran-related quests, enter the building that's just to the west of the inn. If Roche's commandos aren't having a party, come back later.
2 of 8: Go into the second room and talk to one of the guys sitting at the table to begin a conversation during which many things will happen, starting with a knife-throwing game that you can either attempt or skip.
3 of 8: After that, Roche will get mad at some peasants who come in mouthing off about some statue, and you'll have the chance to persuade him to let them go. Following that, have a drink and try to beat two guys at the arm-wrestling minigame in order to win a sword.
4 of 8: You'll black out not long after that, and will wake up when a peasant talks to you. Either pay or intimidate him to be referred to the local madame.
5 of 8: Talk to her and ask what happened here yesterday. She won't tell until you pay her 30 orens.
6 of 8: When you do, she'll refer you to Ves, so go back to the building west of the inn and talk to Ves about the drinking binge.
7 of 8: That'll finish the quest, but don't neglect to go into the second room and loot the trunk next to one of the windows to get all your stuff back. (Note that you'll need to manually reequip your swords and armor.)
8 of 8: NOTE: You can talk to Triss in the inn about your new tattoo to get it removed. If you lack some of the necessary ingredients, buy them from Anezka in Lobinden.
