Climb the cliffs.
1 of 3: When some of the Scoia'tael start moving away from the group, follow them.
2 of 3: Keep following them until they encounter some guards, then help them during the fight (preferably at range with signs and thrown weapons).
3 of 3: Follow them some more and help them thrash a second group of guards, then keep following them until you get the next objective.
