Can I get the troll head from Sendler?
1 of 4: Yes, but only if you've finished (or nearly finished) the "Poker Face: Flotsam" side quest.
2 of 4: After Sendler tells you about Dmitri, say that you'd like to take the troll's head off his hands, then do the above-mentioned side quest.
3 of 4: After you beat Sendler at dice poker, choose an alternative reward, then say you want the she-troll's head.
4 of 4: You can then go back under the bridge and tell the troll you got his wife's head to get a diagram for hunter's armor.
