1 of 2: Follow Roche all the way back to town, helping him kill nekkers and any other creatures you meet along the way.
2 of 2: When you enter the gallows area, you'll get a cut-scene showing the celebration feast. (Note that you shouldn't accept a drink in order to avoid an annoying "woozy head" effect.)
