The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Hints
Malena
1 of 7: To get this quest, approach the group of guards who are harassing an elven woman near the NE end of Lobinden, a bit west of Anezka's shop.
2 of 7: Move toward them until you can click to interrupt, then agree to investigate the cave where two town guards went missing.
3 of 7: Go to the harbor area that's north of Flotsam's west end, then go west until you catch up to Malena and the guards. You'll find the cave entrance a short way SW of them.
4 of 7: Past three jump-down points, you'll encounter a fourth one. A bit beyond it is a large path loop where a whole bunch of nekkers will attack you. (Retreat back the way you came when you need a break.)
5 of 7: Find the spot in the area past the path loop where you can climb up, then run along the path until you reach another climb-up spot.
6 of 7: Just past it is a corpse you can examine to learn that the missing guards were indeed ambushed by the Scoia'tael.
7 of 7: Go back the way you came and exit the cave, then approach the group of guards. When they talk to you, you can tell them the dead guards were killed by monsters, or you can say they were shot.
