Melitele's Heart

  • 1 of 8: If you finished the quest of the same name in the prologue, go to Anezka's shop in Lobinden.
  • 2 of 8: Ask Anezka about the amulet, then say you wouldn't mind selling it to get an offer of 200 orens. You can then sell it and end the quest right away, or you can say you changed your mind.
  • 3 of 8: Say it must be precious to her, then pass a persuade check to get her to tell you about it. It turns out that you'll have to hunt up four rare ingredients before she can restore its true power.
  • 4 of 8: After you get all four ingredients, talk to Anezka about the amulet and the ritual.
  • 5 of 8: When you ask if she can perform the ritual, she'll say to meet her at a certain statue.
  • 6 of 8: After you reach the statue, talk to her about the ritual and say you're ready to start.
  • 7 of 8: While it's going on, wraiths will spawn and attack you. Keep your distance from Anezka and run around a lot to avoid getting overwhelmed.
  • 8 of 8: After you kill enough wraiths, the ritual will be completed. Talk to Anezka to get the restored amulet, which gives you a Vitality Regeneration +1 effect.
