The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Hints
Mystic River
1 of 4: If you got the key from the skeleton in Chapter 1's side quest of the same name, there'll be another chest in a shipwreck that you can open in this chapter.
2 of 4: You can only get to the shipwreck while working on the first objective of the "The Siege of Vergen" quest.
3 of 4: After you talk to the female troll, go up to the left side of the shipwreck (as you face it) and move through it to find a chest.
4 of 4: Loot it to finish the quest for this chapter.
