1 of 5: After finishing the "The Butcher of Cidaris" quest, run around near the arena until Proximo talks to you and gives you this quest.
2 of 5: When you're ready to start, talk to Proximo on the walkway to the left of the arena's entry gate. (Note that he's only there between noon and dusk.)
3 of 5: There are three increasingly tough opponents for you to fight, followed by Ves, who's the toughest of all.
4 of 5: After you defeat Ves, leave the camp through its main gate, then go by the brothel tents and on down to the blue tents where Roche's troupe are camped.
5 of 5: Find Ves near the campfire and talk to her about the duel. You can then choose the "using this opportunity" option to have a good time with her in a cut-scene.
