Bring It On: Vergen
1 of 4: The first two guys that you need to beat at the arm-wrestling minigame are Sheldon Skaggs and Yarpen Zigrin, both of whom are found in the inn.
2 of 4: NOTE: If they're not in the inn, it'll be because you haven't finished the "The War Council" quest yet. Do so to get them to go to the inn.
3 of 4: After you defeat both of them, you can take on the local champ, Skalen Burdon, who's also in the inn.
4 of 4: If you can beat him, talk to Sheldon and Yarpen again to get runes.
