1 of 6: To get this quest, ask the merchant named Incredible Lockhart to play dice poker.
2 of 6: He'll refuse until you can beat four other people.
3 of 6: You'll find them all in the same place, namely the room that's next to where you encountered bounty hunters on your way to the merchants' area.
4 of 6: Retrace your route to get to that room, then talk to Filly or Aylaya about playing dice poker.
5 of 6: After you beat both of them, play Hadrian the Black, followed by Adelina.
6 of 6: After you beat Adelina, you can go back and play Incredible Lockhart. When you beat him, you can accept orens as payment, or instead choose runes, an armor enhancement, or a design for an armor enhancement.
