1 of 3: Follow the path along until you reach the tent in the back, where you'll be greeted by the Nilfgaardian ambassador.
2 of 3: After talking to him, enter the tent and talk to King Henselt about everything.
3 of 3: After the conversation is over, leave the tent to get the "Conspiracy Theory" quest.
