How can I gain access to the HLL Building?
1 of 4: The HLL building serves as headquarters for the Higardi Lunar Legion, Arnika's police force. All HLL officers carry a badge which allows them access to the headquarters. You'll need to find a similar badge to get inside.
2 of 4: There is one other building in Arnika where the police are likely to be found.
3 of 4: You can find an HLL badge inside the jail.
4 of 4: Break into the jail, then open the lockers inside the office to find Marten's ID Badge. Return to the HLL headquarters with this badge in your inventory to get inside.
