How do I open the set of gates north of Rafe's cell?
1 of 3: There are 2 gates here, one which you can see but not open, and another behind it, which is already open.
2 of 3: There is a lever between the two gates which will open one and close the other. You cannot reach the lever from Rafe's side of the gates.
3 of 3: Head south from the gates, then cross the bridges until you reach a red-carpeted building. Climb down the steep pathway to the west. You will see the second (open) gate just ahead of you. Use the lever to operate the gates.
