Electric Lamp
1 of 4: You can find the Electric Lamp on Arnika-Trynton Road. It requires a skill level of 60 to use.
2 of 4: The steady incandescence given off by this lamp would be more useful if you could find a way to oscillate its frequency.
3 of 4: Merge the lamp with the Oscillator to create a Strobe Light. This gadget can cast the Prismic Ray spell.
4 of 4: The Electric Lamp is located inside the T'rang house. You can enter the house through Lower Marten's Bluff.
