Pendulum
1 of 4: The Pendulum can be found in Rapax Castle, and requires 85 Engineering skill to use.
2 of 4: I can't say this one seems very logical to me, but you're looking for an item which can chip away at solid stone.
3 of 4: Merging the Pendulum with the Chisel will result in a Jackhammer, which you can use to cast the Earthquake spell.
4 of 4: The Pendulum is hidden inside a small shed in the Rapax Zoo, near a lever on the wall.
