1 of 4: You'll find the Vacuum Pump in Bayjin.
2 of 4: It'd be great if you could use the Vacuum Pump to suck away all the air from around your enemies. You just need some sort of tube to focus the vacuum.
3 of 4: Merge the Vacuum Pump with the Long Metal Tube to create the NegatAir gadget, capable of casting Asphyxiation.
