Dulcimer of Mending
1 of 3: The Dulcimer of Mending is located in Marten's Bluff.
2 of 3: Spell: Heal-All Requirements: Music 60, Bard level 11
3 of 3: You'll find the Dulcimer by entering the interior of the fort through the stairs in the Restricted Area. You'll need to Search for it on top of a crate at the top of another set of stairs leading back down to Lower Marten's Bluff.
You can find a second Dulcimer of Mending inside the Umpani House on Arnika Road, after using the Humpawhammer.
