The thug on the water tower
1 of 6: You will get shot as you approach the tower.
2 of 6: It would be good to have some mobile cover.
3 of 6: Push the wagon (near the pumpkin patch) to the water tower.
4 of 6: Run to the ladder, and climb it.
5 of 6: Use the rifle to target the thug.
6 of 6: Now you can go back and search the pumpkin patch thug.
