The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass Hints
How do I pass through this room?
of 12: The first problem you will face is an air jet with an explodable block at the top of it.
of 12: The key here are your newly-found bombs.
of 12: Throw one into the air-jet, and it will hover, then explode, destroying the block.
of 12: You can then carry onto the next area where you need to repeat the process again to trigger a switch to drop a stone slab.
of 12: The next two areas also share a principle.
of 12: The wall you need to blow up is not cracked, but another tool is used to highlight it.
of 12: See the different floor tile in front of one part of the wall?
of 12: Blow that one up, then repeat the process for the next one.
of 12: You will end up at one last puzzle before the boss key -- here all you need to do is hit both switches at once as you did at the very beginning of the area.
of 12: However, unlike all the previous puzzles, a bomb is not required here.
of 12: Use one of Link's own attacks.
of 12: Use a spin attack between the two sets of bombs to trigger them all at once, dropping the stone slab and allowing you to take the boss key.
