Should I be doing anything differently to get back to where I was?
1 of 3: Nope, not really, just make sure you go as quickly as you can, as bear in mind you're timed.
2 of 3: You should be aiming to clear the first few floors in a little under a minute each really.
3 of 3: The Swift Phantoms speed up the process somewhat -- you don't need to spend as much time waiting for them to get out of the way and such.
