How can I change the water level on this floor?

  • 1 of 4: You will need to solve the noughts and crosses puzzle on the floor first.
  • 2 of 4: After you have done this, go through the opened door, and shoot yourself up to the higher level.
  • 3 of 4: You will see a switch to your southeast off this platform.
  • 4 of 4: Shoot it with an arrow to change the water level.
