How can I refill this level with water when returning later?
1 of 5: This is going to require your arrows.
2 of 5: Move along the platforms until you reach the upper level of the floor.
3 of 5: Now you can find an arrow accelerator, which can be moved in the usual way.
4 of 5: Throw your boomerang at it to change its direction, and fire an arrow into it.
