What should I be doing here on the second visit?
1 of 6: As soon as you enter the temple, Linebeck will (as usual) start whining about not wanting to go in.
2 of 6: Just before Link cuts him into pieces, Oshus will show up and tell you to head to the altar on the first floor.
3 of 6: So, do just that!
4 of 6: This will initiate a long scene and after receiving your prize, you will be pointed down toward where you found Linebeck.
5 of 6: Head down there, and you will notice a door that Leaf can open.
6 of 6: Head over to it and you can continue down to the basement.
