I can't climb down the well.

2 of 4: Have you seen anything around that might assist in your getting down the well?
3 of 4: Something around Frobozz Electric, perhaps?
4 of 4: Take the rope from the sign near the Frobozz Electric building. Tie it to the structures around the well. You can then climb down it.
