2 of 5: You need to find a way to drown out the sound of the alarm.
3 of 5: Have you seen anything that you might be able to increase the volume of?
4 of 5: Turn up the volume on the Inquisition speaker to its highest level.
5 of 5: Then, wait until the Inquisitor says something. When you take something from the bin then, the alarm will be drowned out.
