How do I fix the telescope on the rampart?
1 of 7: It looks like it's missing a piece.
2 of 7: Like a lens.
3 of 7: One is back in the main room of the workshop.
4 of 7: Look inside the cabinet on the south side -- you'll find the lens there. Then, just use it on the telescope and look through it.
5 of 7: On the PC, use the SPACE bar to toggle between two zoom levels, the arrow keys to move the view, and the S key to leave. For some reason, your ability to move may be limited when you're on the higher zoom, so it's easier to look around on the lower zoom level.
