Proposition 1: Maximum Ramp Angle
1 of 6: Go to the section of the courtyard farthest from the Council Chamber Area.
2 of 6: Two Allies and their BUDDI-12 robot will be standing there.
3 of 6: You can't get the information out of the Allies.
4 of 6: But the BUDDI-12 might talk.
5 of 6: Talk, as in "comp talk."
6 of 6: You'll need to switch PAL and have him use his Comp Talk skill on the robot. You will then learn how to vote on prop 1.
