Proposition 3: About Selling Quizzle Beets
1 of 4: You'll find two Allies talking to each other on a ramp, about halfway into Votowne from the Council Chamber Area.
2 of 4: One of them will agree to tell you how to vote if you buy him some Quack-Quack Juice from Jejune Juices.
3 of 4: You can find Jejune Juices if you go up that ramp and through the door at the top -- it will be just on the other side of the door.
4 of 4: Look inside "Excellent Choice" and just buy a Jejune Juice and return it to the Ally. He'll then tell you how to vote.
