Proposition 7: Deforestation of Waugees Forest
1 of 10: The Ally on this one is kind of in hiding.
2 of 10: You'll need to find a clue to figure out where he is.
3 of 10: Look in the Republic Inn.
4 of 10: Try room 402. It's unlocked, so just walk in.
5 of 10: There's a note on the bed. If only you could read it more easily...
6 of 10: Rho can Analyze it using her WorldSkill. When you solve the mini-game, she'll discover a map, and she suggests you can look outside to use that map.
7 of 10: Notice all of the vista points at the tops of the ramps?
8 of 10: Rho can use those to look at her map -- when you've found the right spot, you'll be able to locate the Ally.
9 of 10: Try the vista point that's farthest from the Council Chamber Area.
10 of 10: You'll see where the Ally is hiding, behind a wall on the other side of that room. Talk to him to figure out how to vote on this proposition. (And until you've used the map, he won't give you the information you need, so don't try skipping any steps here.)
