  • 2 of 4: Look for a woman named Chrissy wandering the section of Votowne that's fairly close to the Council Chamber Area.
  • 3 of 4: She'll agree to give you the answer in exchange for a kiss.
  • 4 of 4: Sly or Grumpos can agree to kiss her, and she'll tell you how to vote.
