Anachronox Hints
Where can I find the Three Keys of Cavatum?
of 13: Now's the time for you to put some of Sly's detective skills to work. Most of this quest is just following up on lead after lead until you finally reach someone who's a reasonable suspect.
of 13: Start by doing what the Abbot asks you to do -- go to the crime scene and look around.
of 13: The crime scene is just down the hall from the Abbot, at a "T" intersection between this and another hallway. Look there and pick up the "Crime Scene Grit" from the floor.
of 13: Sly will say that you should return to the Abbot. Do so, and he'll give you your next lead.
of 13: He wants you to go into the MysFac and visit Norman Malloy. To get there, go back to the crime scene and turn left (as you're coming from the Abbot). That hallway will lead you back outside to the cargo area, and you can take the elevator in that area to reach the factory.
of 13: Malloy isn't too far into the factory, but if you get lost, ask any of the worker robots, and they'll give you instructions to his location.
of 13: Malloy will tell you that he thinks Sister Angela may have stolen the keys. She's back in the Tower, at the Pool of Radiance with several other sisters. Again, if you get lost, the robots in the Tower will help you find her or anyone else. (You may also want to hold off on visiting her until you've gotten the resonating fluid from the Sluice Gates here in the MysFac, to save too much running around.)
of 13: Angela tells you to visit Brother Liseria. He's in a side hallway of the Tower, and a robot guide will tell you to look for a candle in front of his door.
of 13: When you've found him, he'll send you to Thomas Litton, who's back at the main entrance to the tower, a little bit past Brother Abbot.
of 13: Litton now sends you to Brother Flammarian. He works in the library at the top of the tower.
of 13: And Brother Flammarian sends you out to the cargo area to pick up some Tunnel Transport Grit. It's on the floor near one of the cargo containers.
of 13: Report back to Flammarian, and he'll tell you the two samples match. He now suggests that you talk to Restlin Brewster, who should now be standing in front of the cargo container.
of 13: Talk to him, and he'll squeal on Brother Liseria. But, it looks like you need proof before Brother Abbot will believe you.
