Battle Skill: Laser Array

  • 1 of 5: Effect: Attacks a single target (stronger than Stare Down)
  • 2 of 5: The Laser Array skill comes from a set of similarly named plans.
  • 3 of 5: You'll find them on the Villain Ship.
  • 4 of 5: Look in Room 3M-c.
  • 5 of 5: They're in a locked chest that requires the Master Pick Lock skill.  (If you don't have the skill now, you're going to have to load a saved game to get it, since there's no way to come back to the Villain Ship after you've gone there the first time.)
