Ankh Hints

Play musical instruments at the stone pedestals.

  • 1 of 13: You get this task after finishing "Combine flames and gongs"
  • 2 of 13: You'll be using the fourth mural (second from the right) for your clue on this task.
  • 3 of 13: It shows two guys playing music, one with a flute and one with a xylophone.
  • 4 of 13: Thara already has a flute, so you need to find yourself a xylophone.
  • 5 of 13: Once you have your two instruments, look around on the main floor for the right places to play them.
  • 6 of 13: Just past the two puzzle gadgets that you used recently are stone consoles. They're hard to see since they're in very bad lighting, so wave the cursor around until you find them. (There's also a differently shaped stone console in between them.)
  • 7 of 13: The mural shows the flute-player on the left, the xylophone-player on the right, and the Pharaoh in the center.
  • 8 of 13: So play (use) the flute while standing in the left stone console, and then play the xylophone while standing in the right stone console.
  • 9 of 13: Note that Assil has to play the makeshift "xylophone" since Thara thinks it's ridiculous.
  • 10 of 13: If Thara has the fork and washboard, use them on Assil to give them to him.
  • 11 of 13: Then have Thara stand in the leftmost stone console, and send Assil to stand in the rightmost stone console.
  • 12 of 13: Have Thara use the flute first, then have Assil use the fork on the washboard.
  • 13 of 13: NOTE: You could instead play the "xylophone" first and then the flute, and you could have Assil and Thara switch consoles. It doesn't matter as long as the flute and "xylophone" are played inside the consoles.
