Is it possible to unlock the "Restricted Access" room?

  • 1 of 7: The door is locked tight, but there is another way inside this room.
  • 2 of 7: You'll need to get into the throne room first.
  • 3 of 7: Notice those numbered buttons on the wall beside the lever?
  • 4 of 7: After you've successfully opened the king's secret cache, pull the lever inside. Then investigate the corridors for any changes.
  • 5 of 7: Pulling the lever opens a secret passage in the hallway between the throne room and the king's bedroom. This passage will lead you inside the restricted room, which contains several tempting chests.
  • 6 of 7: Before you go looting the king's treasury, notice the window in the door. Any guards who happen to peer in will likely notice you. You'll need to be very stealthy.
  • 7 of 7: The safest way to rob the treasury without being detected is to use the Invisibility spell, either by casting it or drinking a potion. Make sure you are in "stealth mode" (default key: Shift) when removing any of the items from the room, or your invisibility will be dispelled.
