What do I do with the second portion (second portion from the left)?
1 of 4: Move in for a close look. All you need is already here.
2 of 4: Notice the circle at the front of the machine? Have you touched it?
3 of 4: The circle is really a three-way switch.
4 of 4: You'll need to touch the circle twice. The first position activates this portion of the recharger. The second position sends energy to the next section of the charger. The third position shuts down this portion of the charger.
