Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened Hints
Where's the secret entrance to the old hideaway?
of 17: Do you have any information with you about pirates?
of 17: Check the very bottom of your portfolio's documents page.
of 17: Read through the "Desperate Pirates" book that you got way back at the beginning of the game.
of 17: At the bottom of the second page, a captured brigand gives some obscure directions to a hideout entrance.
of 17: To follow those directions, you'll need to find three "throwing mouths."
of 17: Look around near the lighthouse.
of 17: Not far from it, there are three holes in the ground that are spewing hot water out of them. Those could be the "throwing mouths" that the pirate spoke of!
of 17: He said to take 30 steps toward the ram from the center of the "mouths." Do you see any rams around here?
of 17: If you look around, you should see a huge rock carved into the shape of a ram's head.
of 17: It's just to the right of the broken-down shack and another big rock.
of 17: Walk into the center of the three geysers to get Holmes to say something, then walk forward while facing directly toward the ram's-head rock.
of 17: When you've gone far enough, Holmes will interrupt and say something.
of 17: You'll find yourself standing next to an interactive rock on the ground.
of 17: When you click on the rock, Holmes says he needs something.
of 17: He probably needs something to pry the rock up with.
