Bioforge Hints
How can I fix the reactor?
of 10: The first thing you need to do is find a way to get through all the radiation.
of 10: Read all of the logs around here, and you'll see lots of mentions of hardsuits.
of 10: The mechanism to fit you into a hardsuit is in the control room on level 3 (the room at the end of the hallway). Read the following hint if the door is locked.
of 10: Just stand on the panel in the floor near where the guard who was in this room was standing when you entered, and you should be into a hardsuit.
of 10: It should be safe for you to enter the reactor. Press the control panel just outside the reactor door and then enter. The reactor has an airlock separating it from the outside, and you'll have to wait a few seconds for the other airlock door to open.
of 10: Now, you need to get past the robot who's blocking your way into the reactor.
of 10: Once that robot is out of the way, you can enter the reactor and walk over to the control platform on the other side of the reactor.
of 10: Just use one of the control panels inside the reactor to extend a bridge between the two platforms.
of 10: You still have two tasks before you -- you need to take care of the Phyxx soldier who's guarding the reactor, and you need to figure out how to shut down the reactor.
of 10: If you don't have enough time before the reactor goes critical, I'd recommend running wherever you go. The timing should still be close, but you can still shut down the reactor.
