Splicer Combat Tips
1 of 3: Move far enough into the emergency access room to get them to start attacking each other, then back off and wait it out where they can't see you.
2 of 3: When you go back in, there should only be one survivor. It'll probably be the surgeon-looking guy with the pistol.
3 of 3: Go after him with your security bot in tow, and it'll hopefully shoot the splicer up for you. (You may have to tag the splicer with your pistol before the dumb bot will catch on and start attacking.)
