Frag Grenade Tip
1 of 3: Go halfway back down the stairs and look toward the big "Pier 4" sign that's to the right of the open gate.
2 of 3: A bit above and to the right of that sign is a frag grenade.
3 of 3: To get it to where you can take it, either shoot it with the pistol or use Telekinesis on it.
