Lower Wharf Supply Tips
1 of 3: Search carefully underneath both of the boardwalk sections to find several useful items.
2 of 3: Note that you'll have to zap and hack the two turrets under the boardwalk sections if you didn't do so as part of the Big Daddy Combat Tips.
3 of 3: Be sure not to miss the Medical Expert physical tonic that's on the ground next to the large pool of water between the two boardwalk areas.
