Bioshock Hints
Find two quarter-cans of Ionic Gel.
1 of 7: You may have noticed these items before, even though you were unable to pick them up. They're the large containers with blue gook in them.
2 of 7: There's one in the upper workshop area.
3 of 7: It's on a workbench in the SW corner.
4 of 7: There's another quarter-can of the stuff out in the circular Hephaestus Core area.
5 of 7: Go back to the core and head up to its north side.
6 of 7: You'll find the ionic gel setting on top of one of the control consoles there.
