Bioshock Hints
Find 4 R-34 Wire Clusters.
1 of 9: If you read the audio diary that's on the desk near the security camera in the core area, you'll know where to get R-34 wire clusters.
2 of 9: That's right, from dead big daddies! Thankfully, it isn't quite as troublesome as it sounds.
3 of 9: For starters, there's a big daddy corpse next to the stairs in the room that you enter the secret workroom from. Search it to find one of the R-34s.
4 of 9: There's also the dead big daddy in the flooded room that you passed through on the way from Ryan's office area to the core. Go back north from the core's upper floor to get there.
5 of 9: That's it for pre-dead big daddies in the Hephaestus region. There are some in other regions, but as far as I know, you can never get any R-34s from them.
6 of 9: You can, however, get R-34s from ones that you go and kill in other regions now. (Plus ones you've already killed in this region.)
7 of 9: For instance, you can go kill the spare big daddy who's walking around in the Medical Pavilion's main lobby. It's the weakest variety of big daddy, and there are some special tips you can use to kill it easily (see below).
