Bioshock 2 Hints

How can I get to the third floor?

  • 1 of 7: Find the doorway in the second floor's east wall, then shoot (or drill-dash) the play-dead splicer who's just past the doorway.
  • 2 of 7: Loot the present that's near the splicer and check the south side areas for a health station, then go down the long, dark eastern hallway until you reach a spot where it's blocked by rubble.
  • 3 of 7: Look a bit west of the rubble blockage for an open doorway. Go through the large network of rooms past it to reach another hallway.
  • 4 of 7: When you exit to the hallway, turn right and go down to a room that has a "Power to the People" weapon upgrade machine in it. (I recommend the rivet gun clip size upgrade.) Watch out for several splicers on your way back, and lead them back to the hacked SMG turret.
  • 5 of 7: Go past the wall hole to find a security camera on the right. Sneak up on it and hack it when it isn't looking. (If you need fresh bots, let it see you and sound an alarm, then run for the bot shutdown panel to the south.)
  • 6 of 7: Search the corpse near it, then grab the nearby Freezing Drill tonic. That'll incite several nearby splicers to attack, so stay near the camera while shooting them down.
  • 7 of 7: Check the area north of the camera's room to find an ammo vending machine to hack, plus some wet stairs to climb to reach the third floor.
