Freezing Drill Notes
1 of 3: The advantage of having the Freezing Drill tonic spliced in is that drilling enemies can sometimes freeze them solid. When that happens, you can usually drill-bash them to instantly shatter them.
2 of 3: The disadvantage is that shattered enemies don't leave any loot behind for you to take.
3 of 3: This tonic is really only useful when you're fighting big enemies like brute splicers and big daddies, since continuous drilling can keep them pretty well immobilized for the whole fight (provided you don't run out of drill fuel).
