Bioshock 2 Hints
Use the Keycode to Access the Plaza Hedone.
of 8: Go down to the ground floor, then exit to Little Eden Plaza to find a brute splicer attacking a leadhead splicer. Quickly use the research camera on the brute, then start hitting him with plasmids and bullets.
of 8: After that's over, go to the plaza's south end and kill the two leadhead splicers who are near the door to the maintenance area.
of 8: Now's a good time to max out your research on both spider and brute splicers. However, doing so requires a lot of patience, and future hints will assume you didn't bother.
of 8: Fill up on first aid kits and EVE hypos from the vending machine near the north end of the plaza, then go back south to the maintenance area.
of 8: As you enter, look up to see a spider splicer standing near the upper walkway's Gene Bank machine. If you're quick, you can use the research camera on him and then hit him with Electro Bolt to get 100 or so research points before he runs away.
of 8: Go up the stairs and watch as a mini-turret shoots down a splicer, then look for an unset mini-turret on the floor near the locked door.
of 8: Pick it up and load it into your hack tool, then use the nearby vending machine and bot shutdown panel to get two fresh security bots.
of 8: Place some trap rivets around if you want to, then enter the code 1919 into the locked door's keypad.
