Bioshock 2 Hints

Theater Area

  • 1 of 8: Go through the large spotlit doorway, then look to the right for an EVE hypo and trap rivets before going through the nearby "EMPLOYEES ONLY" door.
  • 2 of 8: There are a couple of splicers in the area with all the water on the floor that you'll need to kill.
  • 3 of 8: Look to the left of the stairs that lead into the water for a first aid kit, then look to the left of it for a combo-locked door that leads to a side area.
  • 4 of 8: Check the water and the floor past it for more supplies, then go through the next door.
  • 5 of 8: Stand and watch as a vending machine abuser gets blown up, then look all around the room to find bandages, snack items, a box of buck, a frag grenade, three prox mines, an auto-hack dart, and an EVE hypo. There's also drill fuel and a mini-turret behind the wrecky EXIT doors to the left of the vending machine.
  • 6 of 8: While you were supply hunting, Alex the Great raised a large nearby curtain and invited you to step into the stage's spotlight. Doing so will start a combat with houdini splicers and an alpha series, so be ready.
  • 7 of 8: After it's over, search the bodies and stand in the water to heal, then see if you need any of your stored supplies. (Note that if you got the second research reward from this alpha big daddy, your ammo capacity for most weapons has increased.)
  • 8 of 8: Go through the windows that the alpha broke to reach the next bot shutdown panel with a relay device on it. Destroy the device, then look around for items before going east to exit the theater.
