Bioshock 2 Hints
Head to the Plasmid Laboratory.
1 of 8: Leave the office and scour both floors of the large area to the south for splicers, but don't go near the lower floor's east door (the one near the ammo vending machine) yet.
2 of 8: Make sure there are no more splicers around, then get ready to research-fight the alpha series big daddy who comes through the lower floor's east door when you approach it.
3 of 8: As soon as he's down, check the nearby restrooms for splicers, then stay near them while shooting the other splicers that appear nearby. (Your bots will probably fly off after them.)
4 of 8: Another alpha series will show up at some point, so be ready to research and kill it as soon as it does.
5 of 8: Look around for stragglers and leftover supplies, then deal with the local big daddy and little sister.
6 of 8: When you're finally done with everything, go through the ground floor's east door and down the passage to find that the door in the small flooded area is now unlocked.
7 of 8: In the diving suit room, check the tables for an audio diary, two canisters of drill fuel, and a first aid kit. There are also three searchable lockers, an EVE hypo in a doorless locker, and a health station.
8 of 8: Past that is an airlock. Enter it to update your goal.
