1 of 4: Look to the right of the toilet stalls to find some trap rivets and a storage crate.
2 of 4: Opening the crate will cause the leftmost toilet stall to open up.
3 of 4: Enter it, then immediately turn around and attack the splicer who appears behind you.
4 of 4: After killing her, check the toilet in the stall for an EVE hypo.
